Rocio Miranda – Peruvian stunner
Rocio Miranda Illescas is a former Peruvian volleyball player and model. Like Alisa Manyonok, Illescas is a volleyball player-turned-model. She was born on January 28, 1987, and grew up in Lima, Peru. During her volleyball career she was a team member in the Club Sporting Cristal Vóley. Also she played for Universitario de Deportes.
Rocio Miranda early years and career
Miranda started her volleyball career at an early age. When she was 10 years old, she joined the Asociación Estadio La Unión and started competing in 1997. Because of her amazing volleyball techniques, Illescas had offers to play for many clubs. In 2007, she became a member of the Club Sporting Cristal Vóley. After two years with that team the hot volleyballer joined the University of Sports (Universitario de Deportes). As expected, she was promoted to the National Superior Volleyball League of Peru. Every player dreamt to be part of the national team and finally, Illescas met her dream in 2009.
Rocio Miranda quits volleyball
Eventually after playing for the national team Rocio became pregnant. So then she decided to depart from the sport. The birth did not stop her from looking after that amazing body. After this she took part in many shows and TV programs. In March 2015, she also appeared in the role of hostess in El Último Pasajero on Latina Television. Finally, she alternated her sports work with modelling. She was also featured in ESPN’s annual “Body Issue” in 2015.
The 5’ 7” beauty is in a relationship now but she has decided not to publicise her husband in the media. 33-year-old beauty wants to keep her private life from the world’s press and the media.
Rocío Miranda Illescas’s biography is an inspiration for women who want to be successful in their lives. Illescas’ life has two halves, having the career of volleyball players and modelling. Illescas did not stop when her volleyball career did not work. She shifted her choice and grew more popular in modelling.
